Do you have a schedule for your business?

Hey WEALTHY BESTIE!
Do you have a schedule for your business or do you go day by day? I'm praying the answer is have a schedule. If your answer is day by day it's okay. Let's change that today.
Having a schedule is important so you don't become burned out. It also help to stay ahead of the game. I heard a Craft Coach say her and her team plan all her content, classes, courses etc a year ahead of time. I was completely blown away!
This was the reality check I need. I had been making excuses as to why I couldn't batch create content for one week. Then this lady come along like girl one week is a piece of cake.
So here I am today with a schedule so I can stay ahead and not feel so overwhelmed. Let me tell you what my schedule looks like each week for my businesses.
SUNDAY: Nothing business related. I attend church that morning. Then spend QUALITY time with my children.
MONDAY: I don't work in my office. I use Monday as a back office type day. I make new designs, work on courses, make and schedule content. I work on my Tshirt brand. I do all this from the comfort of my bed. Lol
TUESDAY: Content is already scheduled to auto post. So I work on fulfilling orders. Checking and responding to emails. I do my 1 on 1 calls. I don't work pass 5pm.
WEDNESDAY: I use this day to spend a couple hours live on social media. It's usually on TikTok and YouTube. I do plan on going live more in my Facebook group, Crafting With April Academy. I don't work pass 5pm.
THURSDAY: I work on orders. I make sure I have everything that's needed for the Entrepreneur of the week who will be featured on Crafting With April Academy website, YouTube and Blog. I do my 1 on 1 calls. I don't work pass 5pm.
FRIDAY: I spend time responding to comments on social media. I make sure orders are completed. I do my 1 on 1 calls. I don't work pass 3pm.
SATURDAY: I only work for a couple hours if something didn't get completed or there is a last minute Order. I don't work pass 1pm.
I don't like to go into a New week with orders from the previous week.
This is my work week. It adjusts sometimes depending on what my children may have going on, but overall this is my business schedule.
Your schedule may look different from mine if you work a full time job. My business is my full time job. The point is to have a schedule.
I encourage you to sit down this week. Plan out your week for next week. Then batch make your content so that's one less thing for you to have to worry about.
Now tell me. How do you plan on scheduling your business tasks?
